I received accreditation as an instructor in June of 1990.  I took the test at Perry Stained Glass Studio.  I don't have a certificate.  I don't believe I received one at the time, as accreditation was brand new.  Is there a way I can get my certificate?  I'd like to have something to hang on the wall. There must be a record of it somewhere.  Whom do I contact?   Thanks.
