I just received my copy of the recently re-published chapters 19 and 20 from the reference manual.  Interestingly is has a surprise bonus in between the last page of chapter 20 and the back cover: an entire completely unrelated book (it must have been next in the publishing queue) titled "Celestial Navigation for the Clueless" by Jeremy Bernal. 

Oh boy! I always wanted to learn how to read a sextant and to find out about the Polaris sight corrections based on LHA Aries!
