work in usa

hi i have 12 years experience in decorative glass and am looking into working in the usa.
my last employer was john hardmans in birmingham but due to the lack of new work in the uk i was made redundant. i am real keen to work with stained glass again and thought this route might be my best option.i am currently putting my cv together and getting references from previous employers.
