might take the time to review these as the concern ANY work done to child care facilities and and schools where we will disturb the lead paint. not necessarily our type of work, but it does not hurt to be aware, just in case ... the fines for non compliance are hefty

I posted this the other day. Better reread the rules. It also refers to ANY window work in homes built before 1978. It also covers any dust from your job that may blow into the neighbor's yard. Covers ANY place a 6 year old or younger child spends more than 6 hours a week. Do they spend that much time in Church? This new ruling could effect us greatly. It would be nice if some legal type person could clarify this for us. Maybe the SGAA should look into this. This ruling could be more of an issue then the controlling of lead (came,solder) use, which this is about.
