Looking for Optimum Glass #260FOX

I am looking for Optimum glass #260fox, sea foam green with foxtail finish.  It is my understanding that Optimum was a manufacturer in the Denver area, but is no longer in business.  My local supplier has also gone out of business and I need this glass to complete a project.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.
