Best way to reinforce if ness.

I am building a panel for an internal door (a pantry door). It will be 8.5"x 52.5". It has long triangles in the center and long rectangles on the outside. I will be using 1/4" lead for the design and 1/4" zinc for the outside. Will this need reinforcement and if so can I use in-line? I have been told yes def. and not ness. by two diffrent sources. Any help or advice would be greatly appriciated.
Thanks

If you're still asking, a picture would be worth 1000 words.
Will this be installed into the door?

Your looking at a total of approximately 3.1 square feet at a width of 8.5 inches. Use the Inland brand of cement for a superior rock solid window panel which will last many years in the door. A window as you detailed and built as you prescribed would carry our company written warranty.
Happy building and Good profiting.
